These tiny homes are so beautiful, I’d love to live in one someday. I love the layout and it’s the amount of space for me. I’m single, no kids, I don’t need a lot of space. I love the way they staged the homes with furniture and decorations so you can get an idea of what the place will look like when it’s finished. Apartment living sucks. Sharing walls with noisy neighbors, people above me always stomping around, horrible odors creeping into my apartment from other people’s places because of them smoking or their pets they haven’t cleaned up after or whatever disgusting food they’re cooking, etc. I can’t stand it much longer but have to tolerate it for now because buying a house is expensive and then there’s the question of location and where to live. It’s definitely something to think about for the future.

I don't believe in heat index it does no good when flying. House looks good. The storm is coming to you I believe. I saw the track. You need a 5 ton A/c for that place due to the heat not the index. The roof will get 169 degrees on very hot days. You also need a 20KW heater the bigger pays for itself over time since it cools fast. It will heat fast. I did that to my house. It is not the Desert there but it gets hot. ya doing a good job.

When I’m working on something that outside & it’s going to be Hot.. I get up like 5 am and try to get it done before 9-10 am.. It usually works out good. I hope you guys don’t have a heat stroke trying to get this roof on. I hope the storm stays out of your path. 🙏✝️🇺🇸

In my case everything takes 2 to 3 times longer than I think the project will. Let's hope the next storm is not as brutal as the last one was. And you can get the roof done before it hits.

Jared one of the things you will have to watch for while shingling in this heat is scaring the shingles I've seen where on new construction I have had to put a sprinkler on the boys to prevent this. Roofing work is a tough job, I have been there and done that once! I helped my other half replace the roof on our house, ruined a pair of jeans or two from it. You're house is coming along nicely. Stay cool and hydrated in this Texas heat!

when you go to put the shingles on use junk of foam for kneeling on so you arent on the shingles and not so hard on the knees just an idea seen on another channel where the roofers done it worth a try

I drink coconut water it has electrolytes and really makes a difference in the Texas heat.
